How do I use the skincare?
A.
Generally speaking, less is more with medical grade skincare. All of the regimens come with suggested instructions. In addition, be sure to follow any instructions on the backs of the bottles and product inserts. As always, we are here to help to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Where is my order?
A. Once you have placed an order, we email you an invoice and your tracking information. Shipments are sent Priority with the USPS and usually take 2-5 business days to receive (depending on where you live). Be sure to check inside the locked portion of the mailbox as the post office will place boxes in there. If you don’t receive, please email us with the order number at support@reflectskin.com.

Is there free shipping?
A: Yes, for orders over $49.  

Why is my Promo Code not working?
A: It could be expired or was entered incorrectly. If you believe this is an error, please email us at support@reflectskin.com.

What ingredients are in the skincare?
A: Under every product listed in the shop page there is a list of ingredients. For the regimens,  each product listed has a link to a product page with specific ingredients listed. 

Do you sell organic or natural skincare products?
A: Reflect’s mandate is to sell products that are clinically researched and proven to be effective for optimal outcomes.  We do not favor any one product line or company and rely strictly on proven results. To date, we have not found an organic or natural based company with clinical trials to backup any claims of efficacy. But, if you know of one we would love to carry it! Please email us with the details and we will do our due diligence.  

Do you test on animals?
A: We have pets too and would never wish to harm animals. It is the company policy to not carry skincare lines that test on animals.

I don't see the skincare that I want. How can I get it?
A: Instead of carrying thousands of random products we research each item that is sold through our company, to bring you the highest quality, clinically researched products. Occasionally we miss something people want. If that is the case, let us know! Please email us at support@reflect.com and let us know what we need to add.

The skincare is damaged, what do I do?
A: We do apologize if your order is damaged. Please take a picture and email us at support@reflectskin.com along with the date, order number. Next, please mail the contents (we will credit you for the postage) to:

We will do our best to send out a replacement as soon as we receive the box.

What if I got the wrong order?
A: We do our best, but occasionally items get mixed up. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and email us (support@reflectskin.com) the order number and what was incorrect so we can mail out the correct items. Following, please mail back (we will credit the postage) the box to:

Is there a number I can call? 
A: Absolutely.  We can be reached M-F 9AM-5PM MST at 720-576-5623. If you call outside normal business hours or need a fast response, email us at support@reflectskin.com.

What is the return policy?
A:  We will do our best to accommodate any challenges you may have and do accept returns. As part of our commitment to you, we have a sample program (click here) to trial any skincare before purchase. The shipping fee may be applied to any regimen of your choice so that you can try out skincare before committing to a full regimen. Returns are allowed for up to 30 days. Please contact us with the order number and contact information  at support@reflectskin.com before returning any merchandise. Due to public safety concerns and regulations, we cannot reuse skincare. Please note that all returns are subject to approval and postage is the responsibility of the customer.  We are open M-F from 9AM-5PM MST and can be reached at 720-576-5623. Returns may be sent to

I had an allergic reaction, what should I do?
A: Stop using the skin care immediately. Take a picture of the reaction and email it to us along with a description of what you are using with the order number to support@reflectskin.com. If you believe it is a life-threatening emergency, dial 911.

Why am I not seeing results with the regimen I chose?    
A: Results vary depending on a number of factors. We only suggest regimens and do not guarantee results of any kind. Generally speaking, most skin care regimens take 60-90 days of consistent use before any visible changes occur.  

How do I order if I live outside of the U.S?
A: Yes, we can ship internationally, depending on where you live. Please note there may be an additional postage fee to do so, but will offer the least expensive option. If there is a special circumstance we may be able to accommodate your request. Please let us know (support@reflect.com) where you are  and what the request is.
